ORDERING/PAYMENT METHODS

Online - Order using our secure checkout using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover through PayPal.

By Phone - Call 1-888-779-6853 during our regular phone hours of Tuesday through Friday, 9am - 3 pm CST.  Our voice mail is available 24 hours a day and we return all calls ASAP.

By Mail or Fax - Simply print your invoice during checkout and mail to us along with a check, money order, cashier's check or credit card information.

PROCESSING TIME

We are a small family owned business.  We keep our prices low, but it may take a bit longer for us to process your order.  We offer over 10,000 charms plus hundreds of finished pieces in sterling and 14K gold and we simply cannot stock all that we have available.  We try to keep the most popular pieces in stock and order new stock twice a week.  In general, orders are processed and ready to ship or be picked up within 1 to 5 business days.  This depends on our order load and if your items are already in stock.  Please order early during the holiday season or if you need an order by a particular date.  Average delivery time including processing and shipping is 3 - 10 business days.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges are only $5.00 regardless of the size of your order or your location.

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail.  This usually takes 2 -3 days depending on where you live.  You will receive an email from us the day your item ships.

International orders are shipped via USPS Airmail Letter Post to Canada, Europe, Japan and Australia.

PACKAGING

All of our products include free gift wrap!  And, all of our charms come complete with a free 6mm split ring, making it easy to attach to your own charm bracelet.  Each piece is wrapped in acid free jeweler’s tissue and tucked into a beautiful gift pouch, ready to give as a gift or as an extra special treat to yourself!
 

GIFT SERVICE

We would be happy to include a handwritten gift card with your order and ship to an alternate address.  We will send the receipt to your billing address.  Simply provide the gift address and the message for the gift card during checkout.
